In order to use our PRO WordPress plugin versions, you need to open an ATOM plugins account. The registration process is done during payment checkout, where you need to agree to our terms.
Keep your account save by selecting a save password and keeping it confidential. We don’t have access to your password. If it is lost you can reset your password.
You agree that you won’t use you ATOM plugins user account in violation of any laws.
Emails
You agree to receiving emails like invoice, password forgotten, support emails or information about updates from us.
Payment, Taxes
Prices on our websites represent the current pricing. We can change those prices at any time. Already paying customers will be notified in their account or via email.
All displayed prices are excluding taxes. We are located in Austria, all businesses in Austria will have 20% VAT added in the checkout process. Businesses in all other countries pay exclusive of all taxes and are responsible to manage taxes in their own country (eg. reverse charge service in the EU).
Warranty and Liability
ATOM WordPress plugins are provided without any warranty. We cannot accept any responsibility for data loss as a result of using our WordPress plugins. Always back up you data when installing or updating plugins.
The latest plugin version is developed and tested to work on current WordPress versions. We guarantee our plugins to work as promoted on our website, when installed on a clean WordPress installation without any changes. There is no guarantee, our plugins will function on all webservers and with all third party components or plugins.
You agree that our maximum liability to you can not exceed the price paid to us. Place of jurisdiction is always in Linz, Austria.
